Datavilla Nigeria Limited — Effective Date: June 2026

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using datavilla.ng. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Datavilla Nigeria Limited (referred to as "Datavilla", "we", "us", or "our") operates datavilla.ng — a digital VTU (Virtual Top-Up) platform providing data bundles, airtime recharge, bill payments, and e-commerce services across Nigeria.

These Terms govern your use of our website, mobile app, and all services offered through our platform.

1. Our Services

Datavilla Nigeria Limited provides the following services:

  • Data Bundles — MTN, Glo, Airtel, 9Mobile internet data plans
  • Airtime Recharge — All Nigerian networks
  • Electricity Bills — All DISCOs (IKEDC, EKEDC, PHED, AEDC, etc.)
  • Cable TV Subscriptions — DSTV, GOTV, Startimes
  • DvStore — Solar lights, CCTV cameras, fans and home products delivered nationwide
  • Wallet Funding — Via Monnify, Payvessel, Xixapay and bank transfer
  • Referral Earnings — Earn commission on data sales and DvStore purchases
  • Developer API — Third-party integration for resellers

2. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account PIN.
  • Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all accounts and forfeiture of wallet balance.
  • You must notify us immediately at support@datavilla.ng if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
  • Datavilla reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be in violation of these terms.

3. Wallet, Payments & Refunds

  • All transactions on Datavilla are processed through your Datavilla wallet.
  • Wallet funding is non-refundable except in cases of verified technical failure on our part.
  • In the event of a failed transaction (e.g. airtime or data not delivered), your wallet will be automatically refunded within 24 hours.
  • Datavilla charges a small processing fee on wallet funding via payment gateways.
  • Wallet balances cannot be transferred to a bank account except through our official withdrawal feature where available.
  • We reserve the right to hold or reverse transactions that appear fraudulent or suspicious.
  • All prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are subject to change without notice.

4. Referral Programme & DvStore Earnings

  • Users earn commission by referring others to Datavilla or sharing DvStore product links.
  • DvStore referral commission is 5% of the product sale price, credited to your Datavilla wallet.
  • Referral earnings are credited only after successful delivery and confirmation of the purchase.
  • Datavilla reserves the right to modify commission rates at any time with prior notice.
  • Fraudulent referral activity (fake accounts, self-referrals) will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all earnings.

5. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Create multiple accounts to abuse promotional offers or referral bonuses
  • Use our platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
  • Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt our platform or systems
  • Use automated bots or scripts to place orders without human interaction
  • Resell our services at prices that undermine the market without authorization
  • Share your account credentials with third parties
  • Provide false identity or payment information
  • Engage in any activity that damages the reputation of Datavilla Nigeria Limited

6. Privacy & Data Protection

  • We collect personal information (name, email, phone, address) solely for service delivery purposes.
  • Your data is never sold to third parties.
  • We may send you transactional emails and promotional messages. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • Payment information is processed by our payment partners and is never stored on our servers.
  • By using Datavilla, you consent to our use of your data as described in this policy.

7. Service Availability & Liability

  • Datavilla services depend on third-party network providers (MTN, Glo, Airtel, 9Mobile, VTPass, etc.). We are not liable for delays caused by these providers.
  • We do not guarantee 100% uptime and are not liable for losses caused by system downtime or maintenance.
  • Datavilla's maximum liability for any failed transaction is limited to the amount paid for that specific transaction.
  • We reserve the right to suspend services temporarily for maintenance without prior notice.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

  • Datavilla reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
  • Suspended accounts will forfeit any wallet balance if the suspension is due to fraud or a violation of these Terms.
  • Users may close their account at any time by contacting support@datavilla.ng.

9. Modifications to These Terms

Datavilla Nigeria Limited reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting on datavilla.ng. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from the use of Datavilla services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
